I know 2002 GM ck 6.0 litre "U" engine trucks had a problem with the bolt heads popping off typically at the rear of the manifolds. GM offers a set of better quality bolts and stainless gasket in a service bulletin. Check GM SI and isuzu service information. Login to read more.
