connecting rods,, tighten to 70-75 ft lbs, then to 140-150. Loosen them all the way, tighten 20-30, 70-75, then to 140-150. I like to give the rod caps a few taps back and forth when the torque is at 30 ft lbs just to make sure they seat nice and clean.
