As Rusty was sayin' 45% shows the system to be in good health. 85% would indicate a leak. I had one recently that wouldn't leak without 1500 psi, upper injector o-rings cured it. What other data do you have? ICPV, fuel P/W, is it trying or smoking? Login to read more.
