OK, you guys have given me a lot of great ideas. We did check for exhaust in the coolant and wala, it failed. [test] We pulled the EGR pipe off but is was dry. This cooler was changed at a dealer out of state a few years ago and look at the nice craftmanship! ... Login to read more.
