Sounds like you're getting a power loss in the keyswitch to ECM circuit. You put a sealed beam on the battery supply, try a 20A Circuit breaker instead and do the same thing to the key power. I think its pin 7 in the vehicle harness. I've seen power supplies l... Login to read more.
