We have a vin 1 6.6 duramax that came in for a miss. Basically all cylinders working, balance rates with in 2-3 +/-. No miss actually a vibration. Really bad at 1000 -1100. Did some reading and found if the front balancer is loose or pin breaks can cause this.... Login to read more.
