1996 can not communicate with pcm?
I thought at first this was one of these older ones with both connectors but this is newer. So I have tried my modis and ids . Do not think it is obd2 thinking it is obb1 . I followed napafix and checked powers and grounds to pcm. 5 volt reference is good, and... Login to read more.
