Just looked up the spec's for the IPR, they show 5-20 ohms thur the harness with the IPR----Here's the Diagnostic's,,,,the A and B test points are the two terminals on the IPR or it's connector,the pins 17 & 37 are in the grey ecm connector,,, HTH,,... Login to read more.
