Sorry, I was trying to go by memory. Under Powertrain in the tool box menu for the 6.4 there is "service functions", which lets you reset DPF, EGR, fuel system and WIF, as well as perform manual DPF regeneration. I had to reset the DPF tables to get the truck ... Login to read more.
