Thanks Joshua. The manual helped allot. All fuses are good in the Vehicle Interface Module. There is not a 5 VDC reference signal at the black connector pin 3 on the TCM. The wiring does not have excessive resistance or shorts to ground on the reference wiring... Login to read more.
