I would put a manual gauge at the heui system to verify pressure. If it runs on starting fluid ,is a fuel delivery problem. Don't get to crazy with the starting fluid,I'm doing an in inframe right now on a 3126 where too much was used and broke a ring land on ... Login to read more.
