The solenoid works off the pump so I assume it works on it. I filled the cavity with fuel before reinstalling it. I was told it did NOT run out of fuel. I pumped the primer a LONG time and unscrewed the bleeder to make sure it was full of fuel and had no air. ... Login to read more.
