I had a similar problem on an old Cadillac Eldorado once, cold starts were great, let it sit a bit when it was warm, barely cranked, solution, change the oil, oil was so old and thin that on a hot soak it left the cylinder walls dry, lots of drag, new oil work... Login to read more.
