Ed, If this is a pre EGR DT then fuel pressure should absolutely be much more than 35psi. 55-65 would be wonderful. Remember, that fuel pressure should also be this high at full load too!! Once you get this resolved, hopefully your problem will be cured. Howev... Login to read more.
