The ball when it is new is yellow,swells and changes to black as it ages. 04 is a tricky year. This is probably a non egr engine meaning no VGT turbo. Fuel starvation will not usually cause smoke or a miss,just lack of [...] fuel pressure the same way. Miss or... Login to read more.
