Sounds like a suction leak, shouldn't be any bubbles in the system. The bubbles are making their way to the back of the fuel rail causing #6 to misfire. Run it from a bucket plumbed into the fuel pump inlet to see if it clears up. If it does then work backward... Login to read more.
