i'm pretty sure this has a auxillary vacuum pump behind dash also. it's usually the brake vacuum booster has a bad internal check valve dumping vacuum. there are 2 vacuum ports on the booster, plug off the one going to aux pump with vac gauge and see if vac ho... Login to read more.
