I've not had the "pleasure" of having to do injector sleeves in a van. To remove them I would use the same tool as I do for the pickups--the Ford sleeve remover tap with a forcing screw an receiving cup. I've never found an adapter to go from my 5/8" slide ham... Login to read more.
