Yes I've seen an ICP pattern like that, I know, you changed the IPR, did you change the ICP as well? As far as air testing, the 03 ICP's aren't that difficult to get at. Pull it, Air test thru the port and if you aren't sure, install a new one and see what hap... Login to read more.
