Scott, your ICPV to ICP seems off to me. At 1.08V, I would expect to see the psi reading closer to 700-800. The IPR is closed, is this from the PCM, or did you do it manually? I have mixed results with using shop air, if there's no/little ICP, and I can't prod... Login to read more.
