2006 columbia. Connected scan tool with basic hd card. Tps reads from 0 to 100 percent. Data link has no power. No rpms in dash. Oil and fuel gauges are tached out. I checked all the fuses and relays. Seems there is no communication or power along the data bus... Login to read more.
