The 1994 PowerStrokes were built with EEC-IV PCM. There was a TSB to switch to a 95-level PCM to provide OBD II diagnosis and reflash capablity. The TSB was updated with a 96 PCM part number. You have to be careful playing around with 96 and 97 PCM because not... Login to read more. ![]()
