2003 doesn't have a turbo test.

I'd pull the EGR valve out and do the KOEO portion of the EGR test and watch the valve. You'll have to get it hot first, pull the valve, and run the test. Maybe it's gutta bum valve??? They usually smoke real bad if the valve ... Login to read more.
