FINALLY GOT IT FIGURED OUT!!! Found 2 problems. Scoped alternators found an intermittent with the diodes in the alt allowing AC voltage to flow to the vehicle. Vehicle would now shift fine with no surging but the speedo was bouncing. Replaced the OSS sensor on... Login to read more.
