Check fuel pressure. If the engine is running out of fuel, RPM will decrease and cause the ICP to decrease. Look at ICP voltage KOEO--it should be 0.20-0.25 volts. P1280 is usually a low ICP voltage/bad sensor/bad sensor wiring. P1280 will set if you unplug th... Login to read more.
