John dead head the pump with 12v applied to ipr. You should see 4000-5000 psi within 2 seconds. If the pump builds slow or does not achive atleast 4000 psi replace the pump with a new ipr valve. I reccomend the high output high pressure pump if this is your co... Login to read more.
