That is a tough one, but a couple of thoughts.

Cranking speed is a little low, it should still start though. I like to see somewhere between 175-225 rpm.

What's EGRVP voltage?

What's ICP voltage KOEO? Try unplugging it as see if it will start. Login to read more.
