Look at the FICM_MPWR. If it is under 45 volts, then you've probably have a bad DC-DC converter in the FICM. Check FICM_LPWR and _VPWR. If they are low, check the batteries, terminals, FICM fuses and relay. Usually bad batteries/dirty terminals causes the _LWP... Login to read more.
