I've only had one EGR episode with a D/Max and found the valve malfunctioning by removing the actuator from the actual aluminum valve/housing and actuating the valve at KOEO with a scan tool. IIRC, I was actuating it in 10 deg increments and nothing happened '... Login to read more.
