Calvin, The PTS site says to "remove the reinforcing ring on 6.0 & 7.3L", It goes on to say "install reinforcing ring on 7.3L". The torque spec is 69 lb-ft. There is no mention of solid vs dual mass. I would think the flange headed bolts would not use the ... Login to read more.
