Phil, on and 03 6.0 with a P2617 i would be very suspicious of a harness issue. Rarely ever see ckp sensors fail. have someone wiggle the harness all along the both sides of the intake while you are cranking it and see if ficm sync go's to yes(and it will star... Login to read more.
