No Start, no CKP out signal to FICM from PCM

Friends,

This 6.0 PSD is a no-start. FICM_Snch in the data stream reads NO and there is no injector pulse width, though RPM reads accurate on the scan tool. It also sets a code P2617 on the starter motor. This is the waveform [2003 Ford F-350 Super Duty XL, ... Login to read more.
