Hello Gary, I take it the injectors do buzz. That would tell me the ecm and idm are working. I would go over the basics in case I missed something, to start it needs, fuel pressure, icp over 600 [.8 volts], ipr 30-40 % which you have. It also needs over 7 volt... Login to read more.
