hi Rusty: HPOP should be fine since when it starts it runs great. No debris on screen of ICP. The branch tube may be suspect, how to pressure test? Also when engine runs with a "leaking tube" why do we have 700lb of pressure at start-up? ICP number is at crank... Login to read more.
