Scuff area with 00/000 steel wool till the scratch is gone(sometimes need something more agressive depending on depth). Then Polish(make finish even) entire wheel with steel wool and Mothers mag polish. Finish with jewlers rouge and a soft compound wheel mount... Login to read more.
