Yes it is a 68731F

The differences are:

Stud hole diameter Meritor is 1.00 the webb is .81 Where the drum fits next to the hub the Meritor is 3/32" thicker The wall thickness is about 3/16 thicker on the Meritor The meritor is vented the Webb is not.
