If it is a 2004 truck and PCM, it's going to still look for the EGRTV actuator and EGRTP. Updating the PCM is just updating to the latest 2004 calibration, not 2005. Why can't you install the 2004 harness, throttle body and intake elbow on the 2005 engine? Login to read more.
