Do not have the Cummins tool, but to my knowledege to talk to the cummins controller you have to have a DRB to talk to it. All the aftermarket scan tools I hav e used will only talk to the Chrysler ECM. Since I see you managed to get your insite hooked to it, ... Login to read more.
