Faust, Does it pass a KOER test? The pump is most likely bad, it could be the IPR. Manually close the IPR and deadhead the pump, you should see close to 3000 psi quickly. The last one I did would only build 400 cranking, it would start, but it took awhile. It ... Login to read more.
