your long crank time will be the key to your problem. Fix that and you fix the problem. Fire up your scanner and graph, rpm, IPR% ICP volts and fuel pulse width. I bet that your IPR% hits 50% or very close during cranking, your ICP volts take their time making... Login to read more.
