Disconnect the Y-pipe at the right exhaust manifold, then pressure tets the cooling system. You may have to do this hot and cold. If you get coolaint out of the y-pipe the EGR cooler is leaking. If you can drive the truck, take it out on the highway and monito... Login to read more.
