EGR cooler failure is likely. I drill a 3/16 hole in the bottom rear of the RH manifold, let it drain, then pump up the cooling system. If coolant begins running out, you have a bum cooler. R&R the oil cooler heat exchanger at the same time. I usually disassem... Login to read more.
