55k I doubt you have a bad pump. I'd air check the thing. I bet with that low pressure you have a blown out injector seal. INHO, standpipe o-rings or the "connector" (read - "dummy plug") o-rings cause more of a hot no restart issue, unless the seal is really ... Login to read more.
