We splurged and bought the tool. Barrow it if you dont buy it. Memory serves me right the second design seal comes w/ a updated housing w/ a neoprene seal that goes in a groove in the seal housing vs a flat gasket. I have found that ussually this gasket fails ... Login to read more.
