Your 639........ is an ESC (Electrical System Controller) code. It has to do with the cruise control. Your SID27 FMI5 should have shown up in the dash as a flash code 353 when you pulled the 639 ESC code. The 353 is set when the ECM tries increasing duty cycle... Login to read more.
