Hi Damon, Have you verified voltage on your data link? Should have 3-4 volts on 1708 + and .5-1 volt on the 1708-. It will normally fluctuate and not remain constant, but should be within these ranges. If the voltage readings aren't right it could be another m... Login to read more.
