I'm wondering if the cam timing is 180 deg. off. Did he have the gear train apart? If the injectors are spitting oil that tells you the injector drivers are working in the ECM, the cam/crank sensors are registering RPM, you have plenty of ICP and fuel PSI. May... Login to read more.
