Howdy Matt. Generally speaking, I use my long stroke MAC air hammer with a square blunt end to punch the pin (if it doesn't fall out) and then switch to a bushing chisel end......which can pick up the edge of the bushing and roll it inwards to remove - typical... Login to read more.
