Fixed! thanks to those who contributed. Found the turbo variable linkage seized. Removed linkage freed up the joints and reinstalled. The turbo link shaft was free rotated easily. The actuator moved smoothly. Boost moves up into the 20+ pound range easily and ... Login to read more.
