That stall speed seems high to me, A ISC makes full power at 2200 / 2300 RPM depending on the CPL. I usually see 16-1700 RPM stall on AT, MT, 2000, 3000 Allison products. Get the transmission hot and recheck stall and see if it goes down. If it does I would re... Login to read more.
